It depends on how you will use it. If you are driving on gravel roads, in lots of snow etc where 4WD will come in handy, I'd go for the 4WD. But if you care more about gas mileage, the 2WD will be fine. My friend has a Pilot with 4WD and he gets low 20's on the highway , which isn't bad considering he drives like a crazy person, and carries lots of stuff.
