We bought two Optimas. So far, service has been excellent. We did the $6000.00 minimum trade and they actually had a wrecker go and pick up my car. The other one was a car I bought for $700 and they gave us a $6000 trade for it. The last I heard, they had the $6000 minimum trade or you could do the buy one get one free. That one, however, was for a Sorrento EX then you got a base model Kia Rio free but it has no air, etc. Plus, the trade in would be blue book for this deal. It wouldn't have been my choice but I couldn't pass the deal on having two junkers to trade. We got the full $6000 traded towards each vehicle. They even went to Tallahassee to bring one in that I was wanting since no dealer right here had it. But the maintenence that the other person suggested IS mandatory and you pay as you go to get some of this done after the first 12,000 miles. Read the fine print. OH, and it keep the "Tires for Life" policy in force.
