Well I can't say I have any personal experience but I have heard from many mechanics and car dealerships that Jaguars have serious problems with oil leakage and gaskets. Also, since Jaguar was bought out by Ford motor company the quality of the cars overall has gone down. This is because of cost cutting and more recently because of the financial troubles at Ford.
