I would say the kia, just a guess, try progressive.com, they give you rates for multiple carriers. I have personally found. and i dont if these companies are in washington but try , American Family Insurance I had them in Arizona when i lived there, we moved to Oklahoma where American Family isnt Licensed and I went to Mercury Auto Insurance and now i am with Farm Bureau Insurance, Try and find those Companies, Good Luck and Let me know.
