Car SmokingI have a 1994 Cadillac (Sedan Deville). My car just started running hot.?

When the car is started, water is leaking under the car and the car begans to smoke and it makes a noise like something is dragging or pulling and sometime a noise like something is loose. the smoke doesn't look like its coming from the radiator, the smoke seems to be coming from under the engine but it is not leaking oil. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be?
