Default i have a 1998 cadillac deville and i pured some coolant with silicate...

...will any thing happen to the car? i read that i wasnt supose to put some coolant in to the radiator with silicate so im asking will anything happen to the cooling system or should i drain it........plz help!!!!!!

Nah..your car should be alright i know some people who dont even use coolant,they just use water!!.(not reconmended)..and their car still movin along

I have no idea what kind of coolant you were using. It's very rare that today's coolants can't be used in every car made. Some coolants were bad for aluminum block motors, but the companies simply added "buffers" to prevent chemical reactions. If you have the container, read the directions/ingredients and read your owners manual.
