my 97'cadillac antifreeze down & smell comes in car is the heater core bad?
temp. is alittle (hot) past half way on my dash gauge.

may be heater core maybe not. You have to find the leak know what is leaking

Most likely, yes, but it could also be one of the hoses leading to or from the heater core.

Sounds like a head gasket or thermostat. Check your engine oil to see if antifreeze is in your oil. Good luck with your problem!!!!!
