2003 Chevy Trailblazer with antifreeze smell inside vehicle.No leaks.

Recirculate button stops the smell. HELP Smell is present without heater on but worse with it on. Coolant level is normal. Pressure tests fine. Two garages have checked it and can't find anything. I'm open for suggestions.
