Can I install a factory radio in a different vehicle(from Toyota to Chevy)?

I had an after market stereo put into two vehicles, one was a 1999 Toyota Sienna and one was a 1989 Chevy 1500. I still have the factory stereo for the Toyota Sienna and the stereo for in the 1989 Chevy 1500 has been stolen. I no longer have the factory stereo for the Chevy or I would just put it back in the truck.
