Default Chevrolet VECTRA - who makes it and where?
Nowadays you don't know who manufactures your stuff... This is a tough question for those living in the US because I don't think this model is sold there.

The Chevrolet Vectra is/was built in Germany by Opel/ Vauxhaul.
