Default Chrysler Sebring convertible, 2001. How can I relocate the front Lic. plate - to...

...below the grill maybe? The location of the front plate detracts from the Ferrari/Jaguar-like look of the front end. I'm thinking that it might be possible to somehow mount the plate holder below the grill and hinge it so that it can bend backward if the front end nudges something. Ideas?

Most states wont ticket for not having a front plate. your car will look better without it
