Default 2002 dodge 5.9 truck dies when let off gas when up to temp?

when truck gets up to temp and you step and let off the gas the truck dies and will start right back up when turning it on. runs fine again till you step on the gas again. it has 49 psi at all times, increases only when psi only when you let off the gas and returns to normal and kills. sprayed carb cleaner on all vac. lines and no change in rpm. i did notice every now and then ramdom cyclinders misfire a little. thinking it maybe a cam sensor, or pcm needs to be reprogramed. i have a 2000 genisys and there are no codes
