I'm so destressed right now. My husband's in Iraq and I had a 2001 Ford Expo ready for him to use when he gets back. I have no driver's license so I have not driven this vehicle. It was owned and maintained by a mechanic and always in working condition. I went to start it now and noticed that the theft light blinked non-stop. When starting it, it seems like it wants to start but will not. I thought it was the battery, or very low gas, but headlights turn on fine. Dome light and radio do not turn on. They blink a little bit. Could it be the battery, low gas? I don't know. Not much help online and not sure I want to be taken advantage of by a dealership
