...GMC Yukon? I took it to the dealership and they took apart the rear differential. They said that the pinion and bearings needed to be replaced. When they told me the cost I couldn't afford it so they tightened it down and replaced the fluid. The noise has gotten a lot worse after about two months now so I need to find someone that won't rip me off. It is just a Yukon not an Denali or anything like that. I would like to know what price I should expect to pay for the parts, labor and how long it would take to complete the job? Thanks!!!
the truck has not been lowered.

if you've been driving it for 2 mo.s now on bad bearings thats bad enough, but the fact you needed a pinion also, well that kind of worries me! what! about 750 when they first looked at it? hope it dident go up sence then, yikes!! Oh and by any chance has this truck been lowered? just curious
