Can you add an immobilizer to a 1997 Honda Accord EX?

Is it possible to add an immobilizer system to a 1997 Honda Accord EX like how the 1998+ Accords have? Approximately how much would this cost? I just need a ballpark estimate.

Just go to any alarm install shop, they can do it for you, that shouldn't cost more than a couple hundred bucks
