I've been looking around for a reliable used vehicle, and I'm thinking of getting an 04 Sonata. I looked around online and got the Kelly Blue Book opinion-and it almost seems too good to be true. If you've had a vehicle like this, or know someone who has, what did you/they think about it? What were some of the problems you had (if any)? You're imput would really help!

I have one and am absolutely pleased. Never had any problems, even gets decent speed on the German highways -and I'm actually a little spoiled being used to a BMW.
I recommend checking into CarFax, as you would with any other used car, just to be on the safe side.
It's held its value pretty well and has been very reliable. Go on a test drive and see how it feels.

As the old saying goes, if it too good to be true, it probably is. There's a good reason why Hyuandis are cheap. They're crap cars. Things just go wrong with them. That's also why they try to entice the customers by offering crazy deals and warranties on the new models.
i'd stay away from them.
Get a used Toyota or honda. I've had several Hondas, they just don't quit.
