How to get a spare key for my HYUNDAI Starex car 1998? and how cost is it ?

Hiiiii
My car is Hyundi Starex 1998 , It has one key , before three months ago I copied the key for my car.
After one week ago I losted the key, I'm trinng to start the car by a spare key , It opened the door but cann't start the enngen,
when i asked the man how made acopy key for my car .
He tell me the key has a code , and he say u have to get a spare key for your car with
a code.
Please help me how to get a key and my car is stopped for one week now.
