What do you think about the Hyundai XG? Is it a good vehicle?

The XG350 was not a very competitive luxury vehicle. If you have the means, I would recommend the redesigned and renamed Azera. It takes everything the XG had and makes it better. Otherwise, I would I'd advise you to look into and old Lexus if you'd like a pleasant, carefree vehicle. The 1990-2000 LS400s offer the same as what you'd be looking for in the Hyundai, and they are extremely reliable.

My friend had one. He liked it because he had an economy car before that. As a owner of different luxury cars, the XG felt like a "wanna be" luxury car to me. It was coarse and unrefined to me however he liked it. As long as you like it, get it. I wouldn't buy a brand new one though because they don't hold their value as well as other cars in their class. Buy one that is 2-3 years old and most of the depreciation will be gone.
