Does anyone have infinity for their car insurance??

Have you had a bad experience with them? My car was stolen 2 1/2 months ago and they are still giving me the run around.... They suck whoever has them I suggest you leave them and go to a better insurance company. They are giving me a bunch of BS and i filed a complaint on the company
