owner had obviously scraped both the? rear and front bumpers against poles. One is yellow paint from the post, the other is actually a scrape that went thru the original paint. How do I take the yellow paint scraping off, as they look like they could be and what is the cheapest paint for the bumper that the scraping did not go through the original bumber paint? I can't afford proffesional work.
