...and infinity.? I have a 2000 Honda CRV and i want to upgrade from the factory speakers it came with. I've been looking online and in stores and have limited it down to Polk db 651's (possibly shallow mount for front doors, regular for back) and Infinitys Reference series 6022i, also most likely would need shallow mounted for front doors.
My budget is $100 per pair, and those fit perfect into my price range. I have also heard from several friends they are very reputable and reliable for speakers. I was leaning towards the infinitys for a while, but then saw they might not fit into the front doors and i dont know if they could be modified to fit , though im thinking if necissary they could be. now im leaning towards the polks becuase i know they would fit (the shallows definatley) and they are buy one pair get second half off. i figure i cant really go wrong between the two, but i want to get the best speakers between the two. Any advice is appreciated. thanks.
