put cd in and error reads no disc

Could be if you are using a disc that you burned yourself, that the songs are in a format that your CD player does not recognize. Unless the CD player specifies, they dont play WMA or MP3 files.

get the handbook or the aftermarket radio handbook if you have one and look at the troubleshooting page for the answer. I think i saw something like this for my aftermarket radio handbook while i was installing my radio last night. For mine i think it said something like hold eject and then try or hold down restart and restart the radio. Check your handbook if that doesnt help, if its only a certain CD or type of CD (burned) then thats prolly it, but i doubt ud be asking us if it was that obvious. i dont think...?hopefully? lol. goodluck!

Damn Dean cause its scratch and the cd drive can not recognize it

Try other discs - clean commercial (not homemade) discs, if it still won't read then the lens may be dirty and will require your seeing the dealer for repair. Good Luck!
