How Expensive are Jaguar's to maintain? (Car not the Animal)?

I want to buy a Jaguar between the year 99-04 but everyone tells me they are expensive to maintain.
I was told they are very good cars they dont break that often...

No idea EXACTLY how much, but you have to take them to the dealer to get EVERYTHING done, and parts are outrageously high.
