Default Can I sue Kia giving my car to an auction when I still had 2 days left on

paper to retrieve my vehicle? Kia repossessed my vehicle for being behind payments. All payments were paid 2 days before they repossessed my vehicle. They gave me 12 days to come up with the money to get my vehicle from the repo place. Well on the 12th day I went to pick it up and the repo place told me Kia took my car and that it was out of their hands. Well I call Kia and they tell me my car is all the way in spokane (I live in Tacoma) at an auction house. So I was not able to get my vehicle nor the new stereo I put in it. I want to know can I fight this in court. All my payments were recent and I had the money to get my car and they took it 2 days before they were supposed to according to the paper document I received. If anyone can help It would be greatly appreciated.

Take all your paperwork to an attorney and get some solid legal advice. These yahoos on Yahoo! are not licensed to practice law. Sometimes a stern letter from an attorney will shake them out of their lethargy.
