Default how may relays does the mazda millenia havethat controls the heat and ac controls?

im having a problem with my heating and air unit. i have a 95 millenia and im not getting any power to my unit or the seat warmers. i think it might be a relay because i used a test light on the fuses and even changed the unit itself. i was wondering if anyone knew where the relays were that fed this. i also had it hooked to a dianostic machine and it didnt throw any codes out except a speed sensor code.any help would be great.
