Default Seat beIt on middle-rear seat of my 2000 Mercedes ML320 SUV have got jammed.

Any advise on how to fix it? Thx. Seat beIt on middle-rear seat of my 2000 Mercedes ML320 SUV have got jammed. Any advise on how to fix it? Is there an easy way to fix it, or only dealer would need to fix this? Would the seat belt need to be replaced? Thanks.

seat belts and airbags need to be checked every five years at the dealer's. did you ever do that? it's a safety device, better let the deale check it and repair it for you.
