yes ,it is your water pump, it will slowlyleak, from the bottom and and if you let go on , it will leak at a faster rate, cause over heating and then youll have more problems from not doing the maintenance ,getrdone soon!

Yes I agree with Penny R. It is your water pump. there is in inspection hole at the botton of the pump. Reason for the leakage is the seal inside the pump is bad and it should be changed out vary soon.
