have plug to scan car? problem is in jersey it must be off at inspecton.mechanic told me in jersey they made a special ruie in jersey that if this car passe imissions they will pass it being that you cant trace the light without tearing the car apart.first off is it true that there isnt a scan plug for a 95 subaru.could this law be true and this model an exception.they say 96 and up scan.the engine light is on ty
