...automatic car wash? Is the track at the bottom that moves the car along at the wheel safe for the transmission?

yes it is safe you just put the car in neutral that is what i have done for the last 10 with my cars

The automatic in "automatic car wash" has to do w/the car wash and not the type of car. You can take any type of car through any car wash! If you are having to be asking this question then you shouldnt be driving an manual car.
