I saw some similar people post about their problems with their camry. Well I just want to know whats going on with my car. I bought a 92 Camry from a dealer today and it seemed like a good deal. It is a 92 3.0 V6 XLE model. Its got 163,000 miles on it. The problem is when I am at a stop light or to be more concise at a COMPLETE stop and I tap,touch,slam, whatever to the accelerator the car seems like it has trouble going from neutral to 1st, but all the other gear changes are flawless. It doesnt seem to happen when im on a downward slope and then accelerate from the complete stop position. I just want to know if anyone experienced and corrected something like this. Please tell me its not a transmission problem. So to recap its just having problems handshaking from neutral to 1st it seems like it slips (a couple of hiccups in the acceleration) then after that it is golden. Please lend me your assistance!
