Default What time of the year is it better to buy a used car?

Is it right to consider that the pricing on the used cars always changes in January. The cars become a year older and hence cheaper?

Whenever it's cold. Also, shop at the end of the month; salesmen will be pressured by their managers or managers will be pressured by the dealership executives (or wherever you buy from) to improve numbers before the month ends, especially if it's a dealership that also sells new cars.
