Default Can someone recommend a child car seat that is extremely easy to clean?

I have a 3 year old who throws up in the car alot. Mostly due to Reactive Airways Disease. I have two different car seats which have been very hard to get the pad off to clean. I just took the pad off the newer car seat and I don't know if I can figure out how to get the belts and everything back together again. Can anyone recommend a car seat for a child that weighs more than 30 pounds where the padding can be easily and quickly removed for cleaning?
When my daughter throws up it usually is all over her, the buckles and the cushion. Both my car seats are very hard to take apart for total cleaning. I'm looking for a car seat where I can easily pop off the pad and leave all other parts of the car seat intact. Maybe a cusion that velcros around the belts.
