how to clean gooey stuff from car window?

there is strange resin type of drops on the rear window. I have tried to put windex, soap, orange clean etc but it has not made any difference
I will try wd40 and report back. Don't you think razor blade will scratch glass??

A razor blade is commonly used also you can get an adhesive remover at any automotive store.
