Default 1990 Acura Integra leaking fluid?

1990 acura integra five speed and is leaking oil from crankcase/bell housing directly underneath the flywheel.
The fluid is a blackish gray. Not sure if its Transmission fluid
or oil. What cause's it to leak from underneath the flywheel?
