Default '92 Acura Legend, electrical brake system problem.?

My '92 legend brake lights remain on, even when the car is off. I've tried a number of things to stop this from happening. Fuses are all good. Replaced the battery. Unplugged the lights. But none of them has remedied my problem. Need something to point me in the right direction.
