how do you start car again 1992 acura vigor if factory alarm is activated and...

...i dont have keless remote? i purcased car at auction and it has alarm system but it didnt come with keyless remote the alarm was activated last night but i didnt know anyting else to do except to disconnect negative battery cable and now car want start atall
