Default 1989 audi A90 repair costs?

the other day my friends dad gave me an old audi he had lying around the car had not been started for 1-2 years but otherwise the engine was in good shape i noticed that there was some gas in the tank and the main problems to get the car running would be getting a new radiator, starter, and breaks. but i was wondering if its worth the 150 bucks to have it towed for another 70 to a mechanic to find all of this out so if you guys could help me out with this one tht would be great thanks.
