Default I need details on changing the rear wheel bearings in a BMW 528i.?

My rear wheel bearings are going bad and I would like to change them myself. Does anybody know a good resource on the web for step by step instructions, maybe with pictures as well?

I have a 99 528i with 150k miles now. I put 100k on it in the last 3 years and that's more than enough to call for replacing the bearings.

Thanks.
