Default On a 1999 Buick Century?

The service lights says cooling fan number 2. I changed the relay, and other cooling relays were changed but i also changed the cooling fan and thermostat but the light still says fan number 2. but is the fuse box suppose to have a wire coming out of the front of the fuse box where you put the fuse in and i moved it but still nothing happend what is the problem?
