98 Buick Regal GS- THE ALARM KEEPS COMING ON AND WONT GO OFF, SO NOW THE BIG

Fuse Box Under The Hood Is Out? The Fuse Was Taken Out From Under The Hood Which Turns The Alarm Off. The Battery In The Remote Control Was Changed So We Know Thats Not The Problem... Please Help.

had same problem get a new car battery and clean cables
