anyone know why my red blinking brake warning light is constantly on and

dinging on my 92 buick park ave??? the brakes seem fine. but just so you know, my abs light has been on, although for a long time so i am assuming they are unrelated. anyone know what needs to be fixed if this binking, dinging red brake light is on constantly???
