The dash is green now I would like to change it to black. I would like to do it myself

My suggestion is you could buy a certain type of interior paint for that purpose. A friend of mine had a Sweet looking saturn, and on the inside he used interior blue and white paint to paint his dash, warning this can be quite messy make sure you use blue painters tape, and newspaper to cover areas you don't want paint to get on If you remove your dash, make sure you do this carefully so you don't crack the dash! I've seen this happen before.
